The THOR Availability System does automatically what accommodation providers have a natural inclination to do: if we can't accommodate someone we pass the enquiry on to someone else. Trouble is we don't usually know if that someone else has availability either. The Availability System has no such trouble in knowing.
Level 1:
We put a search bar on a page of your website. Already this gives your site an even more professional look. The customer thinks so and is motivated to check your availability for their required date(s). (Experiment with the search bar below yourself.) In this case there is availability and the surfer is invited to book.
Level 2
The customer uses the search bar and finds you do not have a room. Use the following search bar to see how he is referred to others in the group. The information you now see is live in the Marlow group. This is the database where all the participants of this group transfer enquiries which they cannot handle to colleagues.
Enquirers whom you cannot accommodate are delighted when you tell them that they may find availability by using the search bar at bedbreakfastavailability.co.uk.
Of course, this works in reverse and you benefit from referrals from others in the local network. Everyone is a winner!
The system works because members keep it up-to-date. Why? Accommodation-providers don't like being told by customers that our website is wrong!
